Main Course Options

The main and most important part of your sit-down meal, it’s the main course. If you would like to chat to our chef about variations or other options do not hesitate to contact us. Examples below are priced between £9.95 and £15.95 per head, subject to market prices.

Please pick two of the following:

   Dover sole served with a lemon and nut brown butter.

   Rack of lamb, in a red wine, rosemary and mint jus.

   Sirloin of beef in a traditional gravy.

   Pan-fried chicken with a cream and wild mushroom sauce.

   Lamb shank with a red wine, rosemary & mint jus.

   Herb crusted salmon, served with a béarnaise sauce.

   Barbury duck leg

   Pan Fried Sea Bass, served with a chunky tomato, mixed pepper & basil sauce.

   Spit Roasted Pork with stuffing & apple sauce

 

Please pick one veggie choice from the following:

   Risotto of choice.

   Strudel: Mushroom, leek & stilton or Mediterranean Vegetable & Cheddar. Served with tomato compote.

   Spinach and cream cheese cannelloni served with salad.

 

Please pick one choice of potato:

   Mashed potato

   New potatoes

   Roasted potatoes

   Roasted new potatoes

   Dauphinoise

   Marquise

   Duchess

   Chips

 

Please pick three of the following vegetables:

   Carrots

   Broccoli

   Spring greens

   Red cabbage

   Creamy leeks

   White cabbage

   Cauliflower

   French beans

   Or a variety of roasted mixed vegetables
